Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All our products are thoroughly inspected and quality checked. For hand-painted or block printed sarees, they will have color patches on the saree which is normal and accepted. They are not considered as defects. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All sarees are fitted with "Yellow Tags" which once removed/broken will disqualify from returns. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. While opening the package, you must record a video of unboxing and showing us the proof if the product is received in damaged condition.

To help you visualize styling and drape, some of our listings include model images that are created using artificial intelligence. We have taken all reasonable steps to match the saree’s design and appearance, but AI-generated visuals may contain minor inaccuracies. Actual product details (including color tone, texture, and small design elements) may vary slightly. Please refer to the product description and close-up photographs for final purchase decisions. Such gaps won't be considered as a legitimate reason for a return/refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provide us a clear video of the unboxing of the package sent (inner and outer) and its contents for us to verify.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges


We will replace the incorrect or damaged item with a product of the same value.
No refunds are provided for damaged or incorrect goods; only replacements are offered. In the event a replacement is not possible, we will refund the invoice amount.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
